Understand the spine/core region in depth and improving its stability, mobility, resilience, performance and metabolic processes.
This course will be lectured by Dr. Axel Gottlob in person.
This master's course includes the training strategies in theory and practice, the biomechanics and the anatomy of the entire spine, the core area, the spinal disc and all other vertebral joints, the myofascial stabilization systems, the respective channels of supply, the segmental controls, the complex abdominal muscles, the back stretching systems, the cervical spine and deals with the requirements of the core region in sports and everyday life. Especially physiotherapists can benefit from this special course in terms of a further education and/or a specialization on the spine/core region.
